Clon

An unbelievably delicious and relaxed spot for lunch or supper, meant to be the clone of awarded Merito. Sit at the bar overlooking the kitchen.

Georgie Loves: The avocado ceviche is perfection, and I died and went to heaven for their scallops and sensational fish curry.

Coffee Tasting Enigma style

Visit the unassuming Ciclos Café with Enigma. Tucked away on a quiet street, it is home to Peru’s top barista, Antonio Venturo, and you learn directly from him while he works, surrounded by bags of fragrant fresh coffee beans.

Georgie Loves: Watching the master at work as he explains the detailed nuances that go into creating the perfect coffee. A delicious education.

SHOP…
Kuna

Beautifully crafted alpaca and vicuña knitwear; Peruvian textile heritage at its most refined.

Georgie Loves: The baby Alpaca scarves, suri textiles and the extraordinary vicuña garments.

Pedro de Osma Museum for a great introduction to Peruvian art. Displayed in a private home, this carefully curated collection reveals deep history and religious meaning in a unique setting.

Georgie Loves: The house and location, in charming Barranco, are gorgeous. I particularly loved the Angels and Archangels room, for its unique Peruvian take on Western European Christian iconography.
