Glove: Dare to Travel Differently
The Glove team believe that every journey is the fulfilment of a dream. That’s why each itinerary they design across Argentina, Chile and Antarctica is tailor-made to go beyond the expected and to open new outlooks along the way. The international team live across the destinations they curate, offering insider access few can match, from private encounters with local culture to extraordinary landscapes experienced in ways most will never see.
The company believes that travel should be a force for good, a value reflected in every itinerary. Glove is dedicated to creating authentic experiences that celebrate local heritage, respect nature, and introduce travellers to the extraordinary people who make each place unique.
More than simply hopping on a plane and ticking off a new destination, Glove’s journeys shift perspectives.
Partnership: For more than a decade, Glove and Lares have worked side by side behind the scenes, creating seamless cross-border journeys across Chile, Argentina, and Uruguay. In 2025 they decided to make their partnership official and became sister companies, with Lares officially joining Glove, adding even greater depth to their already exceptional journeys.
When to go to Chile…
Summer: December - February
Long daylight hours and clear skies. The best time to visit the deep South, where trails in the Lake District and Patagonia are fully open. In the North, mild evening temperatures make for wonderful stargazing in the Atacama. The coast and Easter Island burst into life. School holidays mean all destinations are busier.
Autumn: March - May
The ‘golden months’; central vineyards and ancient southern forests turn to brilliant shades of ochre and fire-red. In the wine regions, harvest festivals celebrate the new vintage. The winds drop in the deep South and with the summer crowds gone, pumas and guanacos are more frequently seen.
Winter: June - August
While the South experiences its wettest months, the central Andes offer world-class powder and heli-skiing. The Atacama remains a year-round draw – although nights are freezing, winter offers the clearest, sharpest skies for celestial observation.
Spring: September - November
Wildflowers carpet the central valleys and the capital enjoys mild, sunny days. In the South conditions are perfect for spotting newborn fauna in the national parks. Moderate temperatures make this a fantastic time for exploring the Lake District or the coastal hills by bike.

Crisp blue skies and dramatic contrasts. Dry and sunny in the northern highlands, perfect for exploring canyons and high-altitude deserts. Meanwhile, the Andes are blanketed in snow, making for world-class heliskiing.
